Obituary of Wallace Elmer Doxtator

89 years, of Trenton, ON, passed away on March 12, 2021, at Trenton Memorial Hospital. He was born February 17, 1932, to the (late) Joseph and Muriel Doxtator (Howard).

Loving husband of Winnifred (Winnie) Pearl Doxtator (Gryce), for 66 years.

Wally was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He had great pride and love for his family and his farm. His love of hunting and curling and family gatherings, especially those at the hunting camp were very happy times.

Beloved Father to Karen Harder (Dexter), Chris Doxtator (Carrie), Greg Doxtator (June) and Russell Doxtator (Suzanne). Dear Grandfather to Amy Harder (Matt Longo), Sarah Wilson (Craig), Don Harder (Rachel), Ryan Harder, Katie Geleynse (James), Lindsay Empey (Adam), Caroline Doxtator, (late) Wallace Winfield (baby) Doxtator, Tammy Doxtator-Jones (Daniel Jones), Kevin Doxtator (Amy), Aaron Doxtator (Elyse Labelle), Adam Doxtator and Matthew Doxtator. Great Grandfather to Emma, Dexter, Rosa, Beau, Emily, Laura, Olivia, Natalie, Dean, Mikayla, Julie, Ava, Callie, Claire, Kylie and Blair.

Dear Brother of (late) Thelma Mason (surviving husband Doug), Leslie Doxtator (Dianne), Royce Doxtator (Leola), (late) Marilyn Hanthorn (surviving husband Bob), Everett Doxtator (Karen), (late) Nancy Seymour (surviving husband Jim), Beverly Mavin (Mert), (late) Joseph Doxtator (surviving wife Coleen) and Laurie Franklin (John).

Dear Uncle of Joyce Brady (Bill), Geraldine Fobert, Dick Fobert (Jane), Ron Gryce, Linda Law (Rick), Dale Gryce, (late) Glenn Gryce (surviving wife Bonnie), Charles Smith and families.

Wally was predeceased by his in-laws (Gryce). Wallace will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Wally’s life will be held at a later date.
